Metodologia para Identificação de Manifestações Patológicas Baseada em Estudo de Caso da Cidade de Pelotas/RS, Aplicada ao Desenvolvimento de Banco de Dados.

Abstract

Concern about the pathological problems in buildings is very old and can this damage, appear in any building element. One of the most prone component to having problems pathological is the exterior cladding, due to its exposure to weather. Thus, there are many methods of analysis of pathological manifestations, but they are developed to answer the specific needs of the study performed. However there is a consensus that subsidies of the data collection are fundamental to the formulation of the diagnosis and the definition of conduct. And that the knowledge of the studies about pathological manifestations in buildings should be available to serve as subsidies to other similar studies and continue the development of the area. Based on this context, the main objective of this work was to develop a data collection method for identifying pathological manifestations in mortar facades in the southeast and northwest solar positions, considering the specific characteristics of the city of Pelotas/RS. Observations were fulfill of crack, detachment and humidity with the presence of microorganisms and dirt on the facades, analyzing the influence of time of day and the seasons. The data collected were used in developed a database to insert and search for pathological manifestations in buildings for the city of Pelotas/RS. As results, it was the influence of the time of day 12:00 and spring season in photographic images in the damage of the humidity with the presence of microorganisms and dirt; only the time of day in the pathological problem of cracking, which was considered the time that there were no direct projections from sunlight on the facades; and not found to influence the variables, time of day and time of year , in the pathological manifestation of detachment, not identifying significant difference between the images collected. And finally, it was available for use via the web the pathological manifestations database in buildings for the city of Pelotas/RS, which enabled the storage of the data collected in this study, and also subsequent work on this with the use of the method proposed, further to providing search for data for the public.
