Cidade e crianças: direito ao devir urbano.

Abstract

The city and the children suggest, as an inersection of the themes, a look under another eye-level. So, in order of spatialize re-elaborating the city with the gestutality of bodies that produce differentiation, the children age group is up to 12 years old and the concept of becoming-child is to help in the discussion of the right to the city as a collective power deforming the urbanizing process. The inventorial condition as a contemporary proposal to the city's experience installs questions about childhood, mobility and accessibility of minority groups, zoning as a reiteration of control and the effect of these groups when they get out from school to urban life. Henri Lefebvre, Aldo van Eyck and Hélio Oiticica are the starting point of the theoretical itinerary, followed by the philosophers Agamben, Deleuze and Guattari who establish functions and operations from the perspective of contemporary french philosophy, among other theoretical assemblages with the participation of children in public spaces. As a procedure adopted by the cartography method, the operative movement of creation of Devices I, II and III gave to the analysis of the compound experience conditions of the hegemonic stirring proposal from urban variants that are destabilized and emphasized in the possibility of criançar the city. Morphological legislations and the determinism of the perambulation of public life, the research is justified in the necessity of confronting and amplifying the approach of such variations, being able to verify limits and strategies linked to the discourse and the appropriation of the experience in the scale of multiplicity as right to become urban.
